Plain-language summary: We sell professional development kits to schools. When you buy one, you can use it at your school as many times as you want. You can't resell it or share it with other schools. If you're not happy, we'll refund you. That's the gist.

1. Who We Are

PD That Works LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides turnkey professional development kits and facilitation services for K–12 schools. Our website is pdthatworks.com. Questions about these terms can be directed to hello@pdthatworks.com.

2. What You're Buying

When you purchase a Turnkey Kit, you receive a digital package containing a facilitator guide, slide deck, handouts, and supporting materials. This is a license to use the materials, not a transfer of ownership or copyright.

Multi-campus and district licenses are available at a discounted rate. Contact us at hello@pdthatworks.com.

4. Facilitation Services

If you purchase a Kit + Live Facilitator package, we will provide an on-site facilitator for the agreed-upon date and session. Scheduling, travel logistics, and any site-specific requirements will be coordinated by email prior to the session. Cancellations with fewer than 14 days' notice may be subject to a rebooking fee of up to 25% of the facilitation price.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all Turnkey Kits. If you purchase a kit and find the materials are not valuable for your school, contact us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

For facilitation services: if you are dissatisfied with the on-site session, contact us within 7 days. We will offer a partial or full refund at our discretion based on the circumstances.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card information. Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase for kits. Facilitation services may require a 50% deposit with the remainder due on the day of the session.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in our kits — including text, design, structure, frameworks, and branding — are the intellectual property of PD That Works LLC and are protected by copyright. The "4 Improv Assessment Moves," course frameworks, facilitator scripts, and handout designs are original works.

Video clips referenced in the kits (e.g., SNL sketches, Whose Line Is It Anyway?) are the property of their respective copyright holders and are linked — not embedded or distributed — for educational fair use purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our materials are designed to support professional development. We are not responsible for how the materials are adapted, facilitated, or received at your school. PD That Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
