The PD platform that shows you what teachers are still working on.

Turnkey kits any coach can run. An AI coach in every teacher's pocket. Board-ready reports at every milestone.

What we built

Three things we do.

"Despite spending $18,000 per teacher per year on professional development, only 30% of teachers show measurable instructional improvement."

— TNTP, The Mirage (2015)

i.

We run the workshop.

Turnkey kits, any coach can lead them. Thirty minutes of prep. Hands-on, not PowerPoint.

ii.

We coach the teachers every day after.

The AI works with each teacher to make their goal specific enough to coach against — then coaches against it, five minutes a day. Works with our kits or any PD you already do.

iii.

We show the principal what's changing.

Board-ready reports at Day 30, 60, 90: what teachers are still working on, what they say is shifting, where the resistance is, and whether the cohort is rowing in the direction you set. Aggregated, never individual. These are teacher coaching cycles — real institutional change takes years. This is the daily work that compounds into it.

A coach that remembers

Most PD apps reset at the end of each cycle. Ours doesn't.

The AI learns each teacher over time across cycles. By cycle two it knows what stuck, what didn't, and what the teacher quietly stopped trying. Year two beats year one because it never resets. By year three it's coaching from years of context — the teacher whose engagement work landed but whose feedback work didn't, the teacher who's strong in September and exhausted in February. Real change in schools takes years. This is the daily work that compounds into it.

How it works

How a cycle runs.

i
Week 1

The entry point.

Start with a kit. Or skip the workshop if you already do PD. Either way, teachers leave with a thirty-day practice plan and an AI coach guiding them through it.

ii
Days 1–90

The practice cycle.

The AI works with each teacher in onboarding to make their commitments specific enough to coach against — vague goals get pushed back on, generic goals get sharpened, goals that don't align with what your school is working on get flagged. Then three commitments per teacher. Daily nudges. Mid-cycle check-ins at days 7, 15, 30. Every interaction logged.

iii
Day 30 · 60 · 90

The reports that land on your desk.

What teachers are still working on, what they say is shifting, where the resistance is — anonymized themes synthesized from teacher reflections. Plus engagement, confidence shift, intervention follow-through, and teacher-named wins. The document that shows what teachers are still working on. These are teacher coaching milestones, not promises about how fast a school transforms — that takes years.

What's actually in the report

What we measure. What we don't.

What we measure

  • Daily engagement: who's checking in, who isn't
  • Self-rated confidence on the goals each teacher set
  • Anonymized practice themes the AI synthesizes from teacher reflections
  • Intervention follow-through after the three-day non-engagement alert
  • Teacher-named wins: moments teachers chose to mark as worth celebrating

What we don't measure

  • Observed classroom practice. We're not in the room.
  • Student outcomes. Different tool. Different scope.
  • Anything that replaces instructional coaching. We make coaches better, we don't replace them.

The reports show what teachers are still working on, what they say is shifting, and where the resistance is. That's more than most PD ever shows. It's not everything.

Common questions

What people actually ask.

Starter at $4,500 falls below most board-approval thresholds. Most principals approve it the way they approve conference registrations.
There's a full sample above. The report shows what teachers are still working on, what they say is shifting, where the resistance is, plus engagement, confidence shift, intervention follow-through, and teacher-named wins. Individual data stays private — admins see trends, never reflections. The report doesn't claim to show observed classroom practice; we're not in the room. It shows what teachers themselves are reporting and doing.
Yes. The coaching app works with any PD — ours, yours, anyone's. The Quarterly Cycle is built for schools that already run their own PD and want it to stick.
Yes. Title I schools can use Title II funds for PD. The funding guide above has the line items.
A prompt tied to their commitment. Five minutes. The AI asks something specific — "You said you wanted students to revise their writing after feedback. Did anyone revise yesterday? What did you say to make it happen?" The teacher responds in their own words. The AI responds back, in coach voice, with one specific thing to try tomorrow. Logged. Every response feeds the reports.
It shows in the data — you have a real conversation instead of guessing. The platform also drafts outreach messages in your voice for any teacher inactive three days, so follow-up isn't another thing on your plate.
